What is our EcoSystem™?

Our custom industry specific software is an integral part of our day-to-day operations. The EcoSystem™ is used by our sales, customer service, accounting, and operations teams, ensuring our customers have all the necessary up to date information. EcoSystem™ is compatible with both mobile and desktop applications and will allow our customers to submit service requests and schedule services with the click of a button.

Is there an agreement that I have to sign?

Grand Natural does use a service agreement with new customers for the protection of both GNI and the customer. This agreement ensures that GNI will be the only provider collection cooking oil and will outline the service expectations Grand natural will provide.

How much do Grand Natural’s services cost?

Grand Natural proudly offers oil collection services at no charge to the customer. There are some unique situations and areas where there will be a bin rental, set up fee or a per pickup charge. Call and speak to one of our representatives to find out about your unique situation (855) 519-5550.

Can Grand Natural help me with an emergency outside of business hours?

Call Grand Natural’s 24/7 customer service line to speak to a live customer service representative who can help resolve or troubleshoot your issue over the phone. In some areas, emergency services will have additional fees. Some issues may not be able to be resolved until the next business day.

My business is getting busier. What if need my UCO picked up more often?
